Welcome to Print Verify by Everest Engineering. By using our Canva application and services, you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our app.

1. Description of Services

Print Verify is a Canva application that allows users to analyze their designs for print readiness, including DPI checks, CMYK simulation, and bleed/safe zone guides. It also offers an AI-powered image upscaling feature.

2. Use of the Service

Print Verify operates on a freemium model. Basic features may be free, while certain premium features, such as AI upscaling, may require the purchase of credits or a premium subscription. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and feature availability at any time.

3. Limitation of Liability

a. While we strive to provide a seamless and reliable service, Print Verify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

b. In no event shall Everest Engineering, its affiliates, partners, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the service or any content therein.

4. User Accountability

You are completely responsible for the designs analyzed and images created using the Print Verify service. We shall not be accountable for the uses, distribution, or consequences of the designs checked or generated through our service. It is your responsibility to ensure that the designs comply with all applicable laws and regulations and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Access to the Services

a. Certain Restrictions:
The rights granted to you are subject to specific restrictions. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, copy, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any third-party data contained therein. Additionally, you must not access the Services to build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Services. Any future releases, updates, or additions to functionality of the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

b. Modification:
Everest Engineering reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, either in whole or in part, with or without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any part thereof.

c. No Support or Maintenance:
You acknowledge and agree that Everest Engineering will have no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the Services.

d. Ownership:
Excluding any Customer Content that you may provide, you acknowledge that all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Services and its content are owned by Everest Engineering or its suppliers. Your access to the Services does not transfer any rights, title, or interest in or to such intellectual property rights, except for the limited access rights expressly set forth.
