Canva Integration & App Usage

Our application operates within the Canva platform. We may process user and design information provided securely via the Canva Apps SDK to analyze your designs. We use this data to perform checks (such as DPI and CMYK simulation) and to manage credit balances for premium features. We may also collect anonymized and aggregated usage data to understand app performance and user preferences.

Uploaded and Processed Images

When you analyze designs using our tool, your images and design elements may be temporarily processed on our servers (or third-party processing partners like Picsart) to perform checks or upscaling.

Image Retention

The images generated from your uploaded images, as well as the processed files, are temporarily stored in our secure cloud storage (AWS) to facilitate the service. These files are automatically and securely deleted within 24 hours after generation. Please note that filenames are not listed publicly to ensure your privacy.

Payment Processing

If you purchase credits or premium features, payment processing is handled securely through trusted third-party providers (like Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Support Requests

When you contact Everest Engineering through our support form, we use the name, email address, subject, and message you provide to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or private design links in your message.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable measures to safeguard it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our top priority is to protect your data and maintain a secure environment for all our users.
